Cipriani v. Cleveland Unlimited
What is the case about?
On November 12, 2008, an action was filed against Defendants Cleveland Unlimited and Revol Wireless ("Cleveland Unlimited") on behalf of the named Plaintiff and all other similarly-situated individuals in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Case No. 1:08-cv-2665.
Plaintiff was employed by Cleveland Unlimited as an hourly, non-exempt employee. The action alleges that Cleveland Unlimited violated the Fair Labor Standards Act by failing to pay Plaintiff and other similarly-situated employees for short rest periods of approximately 15 minutes.

Am I part of the class?
Plaintiff seeks to sue on behalf of himself and also on behalf of other employees with whom he is similarly situated. Plaintiff alleges that those individuals consist of current and former hourly, non-exempt employees of Cleveland Unlimited, who at any time within the last three years, were not paid for short rest periods.
